Job Description of Project Manager:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager (Civil) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, executing, supervising, and managing building construction and infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, supervise, and manage civil construction.

2. Develop and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, BOQs, resource allocation plans, project schedules, and bar charts.

3. Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

4. Oversee building construction, roads and pavement works, landscaping, interior works, renovations, and campus infrastructure development.

5. Lead and supervise project engineers, civil engineers, contractors, consultants, and site personnel.

6. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors,



vendors, and management to ensure effective planning and project execution.

7. Review project estimates, costing, quantities, material requirements, and contractor bills to ensure accuracy and cost control.

8. Prepare and present periodic project progress reports, budget statements, execution schedules, and completion reports to the management.

9. Oversee project completion, final inspections, quality verification, and successful handover of completed works.

Key notes: Candidate should have proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project or equivalent project planning software.

Pay Scale:

₹75,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month. Salary is not constraint for the right candidate.
