About the role: Handle customer queries for a leading automobile brand over voice, with clear, courteous communication in Hindi and English.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Age up to 35 years
- Willing to work rotational shifts (24 hrs, any shift)

Compensation and benefits

- Freshers: ₹23K CTC (₹20K in hand)
- Experienced: ₹25K CTC (₹23K in hand)

Work pattern: 6-day week with one rotational off. Transport is not provided.

Shift options: 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, 11 AM–8 PM, or 10 PM–7 AM
