Loan10Minute is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Collection Executive with experience in loan collections and recovery within the NBFC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments.
- Handle collection calls and payment reminders.
- Negotiate with customers and resolve payment-related queries.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups and recovery status.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collection/recovery.
- Payday Loan NBFC experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid follow-up, convincing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
