About UsCrystals And More is an online brand offering natural crystals, crystal jewellery, spiritual products and thoughtful gifts. We’re looking for a friendly, confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with interested customers and support sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers who have shown interest in our products and answer their questions.
- Explain product features, prices, usage and current offers clearly.
- Follow up on enquiries and incomplete purchases to help customers place orders.
- Handle customer conversations through calls and WhatsApp professionally.
- Help with order-related queries and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



customer feedback and follow-ups.
- Work towards agreed calling and sales targets.
- Give accurate product information without making misleading promises.
- RequirementsClear communication skills in Hindi and English.
- A polite, patient and confident approach to customer conversations.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service or sales preferred.
- Willingness to learn about crystals and spiritual products.
