Job Title: MIS Executive

​Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS (Management Information System) Executive to join our Kolkata branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating daily operational reports, and maintaining KPI performance dashboards to support business decision-making.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Collect, compile, and manage sales, operational, and inventory data from various departments.
- ​Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and executive summaries for management review.
- ​Develop and maintain tracking dashboards for branch KPIs and employee performance.
- ​Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms (including Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel).




- ​Assist in streamlining data collection processes and administrative workflows.
- ​Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve any data discrepancies.

​Requirements:

- ​Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
- ​Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in an MIS or data analysis role.
- ​Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Google Sheets.
- ​Familiarity with CRM and workflow software (experience with Zoho Suite is a robust advantage).
- ​Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear reports.
- ​Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
