RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – HIRING?

Job Location: All Pune & PCMC Locations

? Position: Relationship Manager

? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + EPFO + ESIC + Incentives

- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the assigned recruitment/sales team effectively.
- Hire and onboard recent candidates as per business requirements.
- Guide, motivate, and support team members to achieve their targets.
- Ensure timely completion of team targets and business objectives.
- Monitor the daily performance of TLs and REs.
- Provide regular guidance and motivation to the team for better productivity.
- Ensure timely joining and proper coordination with selected candidates.
- Handle team-related issues and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in team handling, recruitment, sales, or a managerial role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a large team.




- Candidates who can bring and manage their own team are preferred.

Team RequirementThe selected Relationship Manager must be able to bring and manage a team consisting of:

- 2 Team Leaders (TLs)
- 30 Relationship Executives (REs)
- Team Salary StructureTeam Leader (TL): ₹35,000 per month
- Relationship Executive (RE): ₹20,000 per month
- RE: Experienced and Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Important NoteThe candidate should be capable of managing the complete team and ensuring target achievement.
- 100% joining support will be provided, subject to candidate availability and successful coordination.
- Candidates with an existing team and strong hiring capability will be given preference.
