We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Assembly Fitters to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling industrial blowers and related mechanical components, following engineering drawings, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble industrial blowers and mechanical components as per engineering drawings and instructions.
- Perform fitting, drilling, grinding, and basic machining operations as required.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
- Check component dimensions and fitting accuracy during assembly.
- Identify and report assembly defects or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
- Complete assigned production and assembly work within the given timeline.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly work.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is an advantage.
- Knowledge of tools such as spanners, torque wrenches, vernier calipers, and micrometers is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Valuable discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
