Should be fluent with Computer use, Excel, income tax, tds deduction & returns, GST rules & returns, TCS rules & returns, etc.

Quick Adaptable to Online Account Software & Customized Software.

Full accounting work, Preparation and handling of Full Account. Recording of Purchases and Expenses, Bank credit card entry, Reconciliation of all Bank and credit card accounts And all the Account Entrys, journals, etc submission and reporting of data to CA. Sale Invoices, Send Quotation to Client & PO to Vendors. Submit vendor registration details to customers, GST followup with vendors, reply to accounting query of previous years enquiry. Final Audit, Assessment documentation. etc.

Knows utilization of Automation, cloud software. Faster report Preparation ability.

Analysis of firm's financial state.

Time to time reporting financial progress. Suggests positive ideas for corrective steps. Factory wise progress reporting, etc.
