CTC: Up to ₹4.5 - 7.0 Lacs per annum + Incentives + Growth

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Development: Recruit, onboard and train high-quality Life Insurance Advisors / Agents

2. Team Management: Manage, motivate and mentor your advisor team to achieve sales targets

3. Business Generation: Drive life insurance business through your advisor team - New Business, Renewals, Cross-sell

Who Can Apply:

- Experience: 1+ years in any Sales (BFSI / FMCG / Pharma / Telecom / Real Estate / Life Insurance preferred)

- Age: Up to 37 years

- Education: Graduate (Any stream)

- Must have: Valuable communication, team handling & local market knowledge of Delhi

- Having existing advisor/agent network is a big plus
