Job DescriptionECO NEST VENTURES is hiring Owner Relationship Managers to connect with property owners, explain our property management and lease model, onboard suitable properties, and maintain strong owner relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact property owners through OLX, Sulekha, and other sources.
- Explain the company's property management and lease model.
- Understand property details, owner requirements, and expected lease amounts.
- Generate leads, follow up with owners, and convert interested leads.
- Coordinate property visits, documentation,



and onboarding.
- Update owner details and follow-up status in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding property availability and tenant requirements.
- Achieve monthly property onboarding targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Lead generation and follow-up.
- Customer relationship management.
- Objection handling and problem-solving.
- Basic computer knowledge and Google Sheets/CRM familiarity.
