Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Craft espresso drinks, drip coffees, teas, and cold beverages following exact company recipes and standards.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and handle customer inquiries or feedback.
- Equipment Operation: Dial in espresso grinders, pull shots, steam milk, and clean/maintain machinery like espresso machines and brewers.
- Cash & POS Handling: Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain clean counters, sanitize equipment, explicit seating areas, and follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Restock cups, lids, coffee beans, milk, and pastries throughout the shift and report low supplies
