◦ Oversee daily F&B; outlet / site operations

◦ Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained

◦ Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams

◦ Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, and shift planning

◦ Maintain inventory and reduce wastage
