Job Responsibilities

Customer Communication

- Customers se professional aur polite tareeke se phone par baat karna.
- Company ke latest designs, collections aur products ki information dena.
- Customer ke questions aur queries ka sahi jawab dena.

- Lead Conversion & Sales
- New aur existing leads ko regularly call karna.
- Interested customers ko orders place karne ke liye motivate karna.
- Potential leads ko actual orders mein convert karna.
- Sales targets achieve karne par focus karna.

- CRM Management
- CRM mein customer details aur lead information update karna.
- Har call ka status aur customer response record karna.
- Follow-up dates aur pending leads ka proper record maintain karna.
- Ensure karna ki koi bhi important lead miss na ho.

- Follow-up & Customer Relationship
- Interested customers se timely follow-up karna.
- Existing customers ke saath regular contact maintain karna.
- Inactive customers ko dobara orders ke liye approach karna.
- Customer feedback aur requirements management tak pahunchana.

- Order Coordination
- Customer ki order requirements samajhna aur record karna.
- Confirmed orders ki details concerned team tak pahunchana.
- Payment,



dispatch aur order status ke follow-up mein coordination karna.

- Daily Reporting
- Daily calls, interested leads, follow-ups aur converted orders ki report dena.
- Sales performance aur pending leads ka record maintain karna.
- Management ko important customer feedback aur sales opportunities ke baare mein update karna.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills.
- Hindi aur basic English mein baat karne ki ability; Gujarati aana beneficial hai.
- Customer ko convince karne aur sales close karne ki skill.
- Basic computer knowledge aur CRM software use karne ki ability.
- Valuable follow-up, time management aur record-keeping skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline aur target-oriented working style.
- Preferred CandidateTelecalling, telesales ya customer handling ka experience preferred.
- Ladies garments, textile ya wholesale business ka experience advantage hoga.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
