Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a background in the Insurance or Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Tamil, along with proven experience in training, coaching, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and performance.

Develop and deliver effective training programs based on business requirements.

Coach and mentor employees to improve productivity and overall performance.

Assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Support employee development through continuous learning and feedback.





Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure training objectives are achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications

4–10 years of relevant skilled experience.

Mandatory experience in the Insurance or Healthcare domain.

Proven experience in training, coaching, and employee development.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage participants and drive performance improvements.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Schedule

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Shift: Day shift

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Work Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

CompensationAnnual CTC of ₹6 LPA to ₹9 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and suitability
