Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Mohali. The salary will be decided based on the candidate’s communication skills, relevant experience, and overall suitability for the role.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, chats, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and service targets.




- EligibilityFreshers and candidates with relevant customer service/BPO experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing/support environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates with relevant BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, Sales, or Telecalling experience will be preferred.

Salary & Shift DetailsRotational Shift:

? ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

? Cab facility provided

Day Shift:

? Salary up to ₹20,000 CTC
