About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Civil Engineer with robust hands-on experience in residential construction, infrastructure development, and site execution. The ideal candidate should have a proven understanding of residential projects, including 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK apartments, independent houses, and luxury villas.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end civil construction activities, interpreting architectural and structural drawings, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring that all construction work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, project timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities1. Residential Construction & Structural Work

- Manage and supervise construction of residential buildings, apartments, independent houses, and luxury villas.
- Ensure proper execution of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Understand structural designs, construction methods, and site execution requirements.
- Coordinate with structural consultants and architects for technical clarifications and design modifications.

2. Roads & Infrastructure Development

- Supervise internal roads, road levels, site grading, excavation, filling, compaction, and paving activities.
- Ensure proper road alignment, slope, drainage, and surface finishing.
- Monitor infrastructure development within residential townships and gated communities.

3. Sewerage, Drainage & Water Supply

- Manage sewerage networks, stormwater drainage, rainwater disposal, and underground pipeline installations.
- Supervise water supply systems, plumbing networks, pipe sizing, connections, and distribution lines.
- Ensure appropriate gradients, levels, flow,



and coordination between underground services and construction layouts.
- Coordinate with relevant consultants and agencies for infrastructure execution and testing.

4. Drawing Interpretation & AutoCAD

- Read and interpret architectural, structural, plumbing, sewerage, and infrastructure drawings.
- Work with AutoCAD drawings to understand layouts, dimensions, levels, and construction details.
- Coordinate with architects and design consultants to get drawings prepared, reviewed, and revised as per site requirements.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and resolve technical issues before execution.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

5. Vendor, Contractor & Material Management

- Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and material suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare rates, verify specifications, and support vendor finalization.
- Monitor material consumption, quality, availability, and wastage.
- Check measurements, verify contractor bills, and maintain work progress records.
- Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising construction quality.

6. Site Execution & Project Monitoring

- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prepare daily progress reports and periodic project updates for management.
- Track project schedules, manpower deployment, material requirements, and work completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve execution challenges and prevent delays.

7. Quality Control & Documentation

- Ensure quality checks for concrete, reinforcement, masonry, waterproofing, plumbing, and finishing work.
- Maintain site measurements, BOQs, quantity estimates, material records, and contractor documentation.
- Identify construction defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Ensure proper documentation of site instructions, revisions, inspections, and work completion.
