Required Skills

* Valuable knowledge of retail interior work: carpentry, false ceiling, partition, flooring, painting, electrical and signage.

* Ability to read drawings and take correct measurements.

* Basic Excel / WhatsApp / email; comfortable with the CashBook app and photo reporting.

* Basic Hindi and English communication; leadership skills to manage workers.

* Honesty, punctuality and discipline with money and material.

Qualification

* Diploma in Civil / Interior / Mechanical, or ITI (Carpentry), or Graduate with relevant site experience.
