Key Responsibilities:

- Call the verified customer leads provided daily by the company.
- Convince interested clients to schedule and attend site visits.
- Handle price negotiations and close the plot booking.

Requirements:

- Must speak fluent, persuasive Tamil.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, Insurance, or Sales.
- Solid communication and closing skills.

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Base Salary + Attractive Percentage Commissions on the value of each closed plot deal (exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview).
