Job SummaryMotilal Oswal Home Finance Limited is hiring energetic and target-oriented Sales Officers / Relationship Managers (RM) for its Home Loan and Mortgage Loan business in Pune . The candidate will be responsible for generating business, acquiring new customers, developing referral networks, and achieving assigned sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and source customers for Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Identify prospective customers through field visits, references, and market activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, property dealers, DSAs, and other channel partners.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.




- Follow up on applications to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending procedures.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, LAP, or Housing Loan sales.
- Education: Any Graduate or MBA in Finance/Marketing.
- Gender: Male/Female candidates can apply.
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, customer handling, and sales skills.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer meetings.
