Job Description – Restaurant Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 Years as a Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager who has started from a basic restaurant position and gained practical knowledge of all restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete daily restaurant operations independently.

- Handle staff management, duty rosters, and team coordination.

- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

- Manage inventory, stock, purchasing, and vendor coordination.

- Handle billing, POS software, cash closing, and daily sales reports.

- Control food wastage, expenses, and operational costs.

- Manage Zomato/Swiggy orders and customer complaints.

- Ensure smooth operations and overall restaurant profitability.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.

- Strong practical knowledge of all restaurant operations.

- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and capable of managing the restaurant independently.
