? Key Responsibilities• Source and acquire riders through field visits, referrals, hiring drives, and digital platforms.

• Explain vehicle rental plans, onboarding requirements, and payment processes to riders.

• Complete rider onboarding and ensure successful platform activation.

• Assist riders with app login, activation, wallet setup, recharges, and payout-related issues.

• Coordinate with Fleet, Service, and Operations teams to resolve vehicle-related concerns.

• Support vehicle recovery from inactive or non-performing riders through approved processes.

• Maintain rider relationships and improve rider retention.

• Update rider records and submit daily activity reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth field operations.

✅ Requirements• Experience in field sales,



rider acquisition, customer onboarding, or last-mile operations is preferred.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into active riders.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

• Positive coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a field-based role.

• Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate or equivalent.

• Experience in EV mobility, vehicle rental, or gig-worker acquisition will be an added advantage.

? Preferred Candidates: Those with experience in delivery partner acquisition, field sales, EV mobility, or fleet operations.
