Barista – Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and work area.
- Handle billing and cash transactions, if required.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of beverages.
- Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth cafe operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain Kiosk Kaffee service standards.
