Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations across all branches.

* Lead, train, and monitor employee performance.

* Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

* Oversee customer satisfaction, bookings, and lead conversions.

* Manage academy operations and student admissions.

* Control expenses, inventory, and vendor coordination.

* Implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance tracking systems.

* Submit daily reports and ensure smooth operations with minimal CEO involvement.

Requirements: 5+ years of management experience, solid leadership, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in salons, beauty, wellness, or multi-branch operations preferred.
