- Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel fresh graduates, job seekers, and working professionals about SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HCM, and other available courses.
- Explain AWS Cloud Computing, AWS DevOps, and related IT training programs based on student requirements.
- Understand candidates’ educational qualifications, work experience, career goals, and training needs.
- Explain course duration, syllabus, fees, payment options, certification, practical training, and placement assistance.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into course admissions.
- Maintain daily lead records, follow-up reports, admission details, and student databases.
- Coordinate with trainers and placement teams to address student queries.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Build positive relationships with students and ensure a positive counseling experience.

- Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in education counseling, sales, and customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of IT courses such as SAP and AWS is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about technical courses and career opportunities.
