Job Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of biometric devices (Face, Fingerprint, Palm).
Attendance software installation (Desktop , Cloud & Web-based).
Network configuration including LAN, IP settings, port forwarding, router & switch setup.
Provide dealer and customer support via phone, remote access, and in office.
Generate and customize attendance, access, and payroll reports as per customer requirements.
Installation and support of web-based software, cloud solutions, and mobile apps.
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge:
