Job Location: Mukundapur, Kolkata (Near Mukunda Bhawan)

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

- Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the cooking process, especially steaming ready-made momos with proper cooking time and temperature.
- Deep-fry French fries and frozen food items, including fish, chicken, and momos.
- Prepare and serve momo soup and chutney with proper taste and quality.
- Chop vegetables and prepare ingredients required for momo soup.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Follow customer orders accurately and serve food on time.
- Keep the cooking area, steamer, fryer, utensils, and serving counter clean.
- Handle food, ingredients, and kitchen equipment carefully.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude.




- Take responsibility for assigned duties and report low stock or shortages promptly.
- Follow the owner's instructions and ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in a momo shop, rapid-food stall, or QSR is preferred.
- Must understand steaming, deep-frying, and basic food preparation.
- Must be hardworking, hygienic, responsible, and customer-friendly.
- Must be able to work efficiently during busy hours and follow instructions.
