Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive – Loan Sales to generate business through telecalling, lead follow-ups, and customer relationship management in Pondicherry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in loan sales, customer handling, sales conversion, and achieving monthly business targets. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and converting leads into successful loan applications and disbursements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate loan business through outbound calls and follow-ups with potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Contact prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and explain suitable loan products.
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve customer engagement and sales conversion.
- Identify and prioritize hot leads and high-potential customers for faster conversion.
- Explain loan eligibility, features, documentation requirements, and application procedures to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the field sales and branch teams for customer visits, documentation, and loan processing.
- Handle customer queries, objections,



and concerns professionally to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, call notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Prepare and submit daily call activity and sales performance reports.
- Ensure consistent calling activity, follow-up discipline, and sales productivity.
- Work towards improving lead conversion, loan login, and disbursement performance.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Loan Product KnowledgeThe candidate should have positive working knowledge of different types of loans, preferably:

- Business Loan
- Personal Loan
- Home Loan
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Housing Loan
- Mortgage Loan
- Vehicle Loan / Auto Loan
- Other secured and unsecured lending products
- Candidate ExpectationsStrong telesales and communication skills.
- Experience in loan sales or financial services.
- Ability to achieve individual sales targets.
- Good customer handling and objection-handling skills.
- Strong lead follow-up and conversion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of loan eligibility and documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
