Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café & Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café and restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in restaurant management, and the ability to maintain service quality, manage staff, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Revised Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day café and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient coordination among kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams.
- Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, training, discipline, and performance.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock consumption, wastage, and daily material requirements.
- Raise purchase requisitions for food ingredients, beverages, consumables,



and other operational requirements based on stock levels and business needs.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Manager for timely procurement and availability of required materials, without independently undertaking purchasing or procurement activities unless authorized.
- Monitor food costs, operational expenses, daily sales, billing, cash handling, and routine operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, sales, operational efficiency, and restaurant profitability.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, billing, and cost management.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
