Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain health insurance products in a easy and clear manner
- Understand customer requirements (family size, age, medical needs, etc.)
- Suggest suitable insurance plans based on customer profile
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer objections and queries effectively
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer data
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

EligibilityCriteria

- Minimum
- Qualification:
- 12thPass Graduate (Male or Female)
- Experience:
- Preferred in health
- insurance / tele sales

Required

Skills Communication & Listening Skills ?

- Clear and confident communication (Hindi + English)
- Ability to explain policies in simple language
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs

Job Details

- Job Location: Andheri
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (In-hand)
