Job SummaryHDFC Sales is hiring motivated and result-oriented candidates for the position of Sales Officer – Insurance Sales. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance products.
- Generate leads through customer references, field visits, and other sales activities.
- Contact prospective customers and explain suitable insurance plans.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers to convert leads into business.
- Assist customers with the application and policy documentation process.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance sales guidelines.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Any Graduate / MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.
- Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.
