Caterersnearme is a technology-enabled catering platform that helps customers discover, compare, and book verified caterers for parties, corporate events, celebrations, and other occasions.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to speak with incoming leads, understand their requirements, recommend suitable catering options, follow up with prospects, negotiate where required, and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and respond to inbound leads generated through Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels.
- Contact leads promptly and understand their event requirements, including date, location, guest count, cuisine, budget, and menu preferences.




- Share quotations, menus, and relevant information with prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently and close the orders.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000

Performance Incentive: Attractive commission on sales generated after achieving the assigned monthly target taking the salary to ₹35,000 and above.

Who Are We Looking For?

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, tele-sales, business development, or lead conversion is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in B2C sales, hospitality, catering, events, or other service-based businesses will be preferred.
