Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Job Location: Andhra Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

- Job ResponsibilitiesConduct soft skills and personality development training for candidates.
- Train students in communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership.
- Deliver interview preparation, resume writing and group discussion sessions.
- Improve students' workplace etiquette, confidence and qualified behaviour.
- Conduct interactive activities, presentations and mock interviews.
- Maintain training attendance, lesson plans and assessment records.
- Prepare candidates for employment and workplace readiness.
- Follow DDU-GKY training guidelines and curriculum requirements.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (BA, B.Com, B.Sc,



BBA, B.Tech or equivalent).
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in soft skills training, teaching or skill development preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY or other government skill development projects is an advantage.
