A. Production Planning & Execution:

- Daily production planning as per orders and targets.

- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets with optimum manpower and machinery utilization.

- Ensuring smooth shift operations - Morning / Evening / Night shift management.

- Coordination with Store, QC, QA, Maintenance and Dispatch departments.

B. Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure all products are manufactured as per SOP, GMP, and ISO standards.

- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process quality checks and final approval.

- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Log Books, and other documentation.

- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety compliance on the shop floor.

C. Manpower Management:

- Handling production staff, operators, and contract workers.

- Assigning work, giving training, and monitoring performance.





- Maintaining discipline and shift attendance.

D. Cost & Efficiency:

- Control wastage of raw material, packing material, and reduce production cost.

- Ensure proper utilization of machines and preventive maintenance follow-up.

- Improve productivity through 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.

E. Reporting & Documentation:

- Daily Production Report (DPR) to management.

- Maintain stock of Raw Material and Finished Goods records.

- Report any breakdown, deviation, or quality issue immediately.

- Manpower handling & leadership

- MS Excel, ERP knowledge

- Problem-solving and decision-making
