We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s digital presence across key platforms. In this role, you will design content, grow our online audience, and run targeted promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, write, and design engaging posts (images, short videos, captions) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- ​Strategy & Campaigns: Develop monthly content calendars and execute promotional ad campaigns to drive reach and customer leads.
- ​Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build strong customer relationships.
- ​Analytics & Performance: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)



and optimize content based on performance insights.
- ​Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.

​Qualifications & Requirements:

- ​2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts.
- ​Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps.
- ​Solid written communication and storytelling skills.
- ​Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
