Job Description

Haute Home is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant & Factory Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day accounting activities while supervising daily factory operations and ensuring smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial entries.
- Manage purchase and sales invoices, billing, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage GST entries, TDS records, and coordinate with the CA for tax filings.
- Track expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.

Factory Operations & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day factory activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production progress, material consumption, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with factory workers,



vendors, and management.
- Track attendance, work allocation, and daily productivity.
- Ensure proper stock records for raw materials and finished goods.
- Identify operational issues and report delays, discrepancies, or inefficiencies to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing, factory accounting, or inventory management is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations.
