Role and responsibilities

- Visit electrical retailers, dealers, and other customers across Kolhapur Urban.
- Build solid relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Promote products, explain schemes, and collect orders.
- Meet monthly sales and market coverage targets.
- Track competitor activity and share market feedback.
- Coordinate order delivery, payments, and customer service with the team.
- Maintain regular visit and sales reports.
- Candidate profile
- Experience in electrical, lighting, or consumer durables sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
