Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and customer support.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and calling skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
