RadheVeda Wellness is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to handle inbound customer calls and follow up with leads generated through Facebook and other social media platforms. The candidate should have valuable Hindi communication skills, basic knowledge of smartphones and computers, confident speaking skills and a customer-friendly attitude. The role includes handling customer enquiries, explaining products, pricing, offers and services, understanding customer requirements, converting leads into sales, maintaining lead records, updating calling status regularly and following up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp. Sales or telecalling experience will be preferred, although freshers can also apply.
