ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative, confident and hands-on Social Media & Content Strategist who knows how to make people stop scrolling, engage and remember a brand.

You’ll ideate content, appear in front of the camera, direct shoots, collaborate with creators and influencers, and help shape Matri’s social media presence.

This isn’t just about managing social media. It’s about building a brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Content Strategy: Develop fresh ideas, engaging formats, reels, campaigns and content series.

• On-Camera Content: Confidently anchor reels, educational videos, interviews and social-first content.

• Creative Direction: Plan and direct shoots alongside our video editor, designer and creative team.

• UGC & Influencer Marketing: Develop authentic creator content, manage collaborations and execute influencer campaigns.

• Campaign Planning: Conceptualise creative campaigns around product launches, women’s wellness and cultural moments.

• Social Media Management: Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.

• Scriptwriting & Copy: Write engaging hooks, reel scripts, captions and creator briefs.

• Trends & Community:



Identify relevant trends, understand audience behaviour and turn real conversations into engaging content.

• Performance Analysis: Track engagement, reach, watch time and conversions to improve content performance.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who:

✓ Is confident and natural in front of the camera.

✓ Understands Instagram, Reels and short-form content.

✓ Can independently generate creative ideas.

✓ Has strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.

✓ Understands UGC and influencer marketing.

✓ Has a positive eye for visuals and creative direction.

✓ Can independently plan and execute content.

✓ Is comfortable discussing menstrual wellness and women’s health.

✓ Takes ownership from Idea → Script → Shoot → Publish → Analyse.

Experience matters, but creativity, curiosity, ownership and execution matter more.
