Job SummaryMoonstone Hammock is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, maintain customer data, and support business development activities

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake a minimum of 80 calls per day to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services, offers, and packages to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Maintain and update customer information, call records, follow-ups, and lead status in an Excel sheet or CRM software.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily calling targets and assigned performance goals.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM software.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain customer data accurately.




- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.

Shift TimingsEmployees will be assigned one of the following shifts:

- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Shift allocation will be as per company requirements.

Salary Structure Component Salary Basic Salary ₹15,000 per month Salary with Incentives Up to ₹25,000+ per month Note: Incentives will be performance-based and linked to the achievement of assigned targets, as per company policy.

- Performance Expectations Minimum 80 calls per working day.
- Accurate maintenance of customer data and call records.
- Timely follow-ups with leads.
- Qualified communication with customers.
- Achievement of assigned targets to qualify for performance incentives.
