We are hiring Telecallers for Banking, NBFC Loan and Credit Card Collection Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding payments.
- Follow up on Promise to Pay (PTP) cases.
- Handle customer queries and payment commitments.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Banking/NBFC collection experience preferred.
- Kannada and Telugu communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives.
Job Type: Full time, work from office.
