SMART GROUP is looking for a creative, analytical, and innovative Creative Strategist – Ads & Content who can develop fresh ideas and effective strategies for advertisements, promotional videos, and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should understand audience psychology, think creatively, identify what attracts potential students, and develop engaging concepts that help generate quality leads and increase admissions for our institution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate creative and innovative ideas for advertisements, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to attract potential students and generate quality leads.
- Understand student needs, interests, and audience behaviour to create impactful advertising concepts.
- Suggest engaging hooks, scripts, taglines, headlines, and calls to action for ads and videos.
- Analyse competitors' advertisements and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the video editing, graphic design, and sales teams to execute creative campaigns.




- Brainstorm ideas for social media content, promotional reels, educational campaigns, and admission advertisements.
- Evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, viral content, and creative advertising techniques.

Requirements:

- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent creativity and the ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas.
- Understanding of social media advertising and promotional content.
- Ability to understand target audiences and develop strategies that attract potential customers.
