Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Trainee to join our fully automatic machine manufacturing operations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in production processes, machine operations, maintenance, and quality control while working under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the operation and monitoring of fully automatic machines
- Support production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Assist in machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Participate in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Support quality inspection and documentation processes
- Record production data and prepare basic reports
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, and Maintenance




- Identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation
- Understanding of engineering drawings and tools (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
