Job OverviewWe are looking for a well-educated, responsible, and experienced Supervisor to manage manpower supply, recruitment, and workforce operations. The candidate should be capable of arranging manpower for different industrial and commercial requirements in Palwal as well as across PAN India.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day manpower supply and workforce operations.
- Arrange manpower as per client requirements, including Helpers, ITI/Diploma holders, B.Tech candidates, Pantry Staff, and other skilled and unskilled workers.
- Handle PAN India manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment across different locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements, joining dates, and workforce availability.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, joining details, and manpower deployment reports.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, HR teams, clients,



and candidates to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor manpower availability, replacement requirements, and timely deployment.
- Handle urgent hiring requirements and ensure the right candidates are provided within the required timeline.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: Graduate preferred; Diploma, B.Tech, or other relevant qualifications will also be considered based on experience.
- Experience: Relevant experience in manpower supply, staffing, recruitment, or workforce management preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple manpower requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industrial manpower hiring and PAN India recruitment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and report preparation.
- Should be responsible, active, well-presented, and capable of handling clients professionally.
- Salary & BenefitsMonthly salary of ₹30,000–₹35,000.
- Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and interview performance.
- Prospect to handle large-scale manpower supply and recruitment operations.
