Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and reconciliations. The candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain internal controls, and support management in financial planning and decision-making.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
3. Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and inter-branch account reconciliation.
4. Monitor sales, purchases, expenses, cash flow, and outlet-wise profitability.
5. Manage GST returns, TDS, income tax documentation, and other applicable statutory compliances.
6. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and vendors.
7. Verify invoices, bills, payment vouchers, journal entries, and supporting documents.
8. Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
9. Assist in budgeting, cost control,



financial analysis, and variance reporting.
10. Ensure accurate accounting of payroll, employee expenses, and statutory deductions in coordination with HR.
11. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
12. Support management with financial data, audit reports, and other accounting-related requirements.

- Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification; M.Com or CA Inter is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in multi-outlet operations, hospitality, or the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Preferred CandidateA responsible and proactive skilled with strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial discipline.
