? Role: Restaurant Manager (QSR)

At Burgonomics, we’re looking for a passionate, driven and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our outlet operations, manage staff and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

????? & ????????????????:

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth flow.
- Handle POS systems, billing, and transactions efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalations.
- Supervise staff, manage shifts, and maintain workflow.
- Train team members and ensure SOP compliance.
- Monitor performance and report updates to management.
- Ensure high standard of food quality, cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.

????????????:

- Experience working with QSR brands is a must.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Leadership qualities and problem solving mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing software.
- Hands-on approach with operations.

? Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience)
