- identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, fabricators, artisans, and trade-only vendors for materials, lighting, hardware, and loose/fixed furniture.
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQs), compare vendor quotations, prepare cost estimates, and maintain strict financial controls to prevent budget overruns.
- Purchase Orders & Tracking: Issue formal purchase orders (POs), track production schedules, monitor shipping lead times (especially for custom or imported goods), and manage logistics.
