Head Cook – Biryani & Bengali Cuisine

We are looking for an experienced Head Cook specializing in Biryani and Bengali cuisine.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic Biryani and Bengali dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and hygiene.
- Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Guide kitchen helpers and maintain discipline.
- Ensure timely preparation of orders and minimize food wastage.

Requirements:

- Positive experience in Biryani and Bengali cooking.
- Ability to independently handle kitchen operations.
- Experience in restaurant/cloud kitchen/catering preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Duty: 10–11 hours maximum per day. Exact timing will be fixed after discussion.
