About the RoleStarAndDaisy is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage workers, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets within the scheduled timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets on time.
- Team Management: Allocate work to production workers, monitor their performance, and ensure discipline and productivity.
- Quality Control: Ensure products meet the company's quality standards and identify defects or production issues.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials, components, and packaging materials to avoid shortages and production delays.
- Workflow Monitoring: Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, quality control, and other departments.
- Machine & Equipment Monitoring: Ensure machines and equipment are used properly and report maintenance requirements.
- Production Reporting: Maintain daily records of production output,



rejection rates, material consumption, wastage, and worker attendance.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure workers follow workplace safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Identify production bottlenecks, minimize wastage, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Target Achievement: Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and workflow management.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and production reporting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control, inventory management, and workplace safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility Criteria: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in manufacturing or assembly operations.
- Experience in managing production workers and monitoring daily output.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production documentation.
