Job Title: Retail Sales Store Executive

Job Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.

* Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.

* Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and generate invoices.

* Maintain proper product display, store cleanliness, and merchandising.

* Check stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.

* Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for stock replenishment.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.

* Maintain daily sales, stock, and cash reports.

* Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

* Follow company policies and maintain a skilled store environment.

Requirements

* 10th / 12th pass or Graduate preferred.

* 6 months –2 years of experience in retail sales/store operations.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Sales-oriented, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
